BC Student Affairs - Parent Update

Dear Parents and Families:

My name is Dr. Corey Kelly, and I am thrilled to step into the role of the new Vice President for Student Affairs. As a fellow parent and former dean of students at Boston College, I know the beginning of the fall semester can be a hectic time for students and their families—from move-in day, to those first few weeks as a first-year student, to returning students getting back into the swing of campus life.

To help ease your family’s transition, our summer edition of Parent Update is focused on preparing for the upcoming fall semester. Below you will find move-in information, details on Weeks of Welcome for our first-year students, and upcoming programming and event highlights across the division and from our campus partners including The Church for the 21st Century.

I am also pleased to share the annual survey results showing where our Class of 2025 Eagles have landed as well as our upcoming Parents and Families webinar schedule.

I look forward to welcoming you all to the Heights soon!

Sincerely,

Dr. Corey Kelly
Vice President for Student Affairs
