Dear Parents and Families,
It's hard to believe we are halfway through the fall semester! With midterm season in full swing, this edition of Parent Update focuses on providing you with information and resources to help you support your student during busy times on campus.
Highlights include a Q&A with Associate Dean Caroline Davis, who offers advice on supporting your student during exams. The Career Center provides tips on how to assist your student in the midst of job and internship searches. Additionally, our Center for Student Wellness recently opened WellNest Health Hubs, welcoming places for students to relax and connect with their peers.
Finally, I am shining a spotlight on our Homecoming Program next week and am thrilled to introduce you to our Senior Court!
Sincerely,
Shawna Cooper Whitehead, Ed.D. Vice President for Student Affairs
